1. About DataMetric Pro
DataMetric Pro provides household expense analysis and documentation services for families based in Croatia. 2. Nature of Services
DataMetric Pro provides an analysis and documentation service. We review, categorise, and map household financial data provided by clients and produce written summaries and savings opportunity reports based on that data. Our services are informational and analytical in nature. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated financial planning or intermediary services. All decisions regarding your finances remain entirely your own responsibility.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals and families aged 18 and over who are resident in Croatia. By booking a session or using our website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from us. We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where circumstances require, with reasonable notice provided to the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for review during sessions. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of our analysis where documents provided are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not represent the full picture of household finances. You are responsible for all decisions made based on information produced during our sessions.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all financial information shared with us during sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your financial information to any third party except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. Our analysts are bound by confidentiality obligations with respect to client information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the DataMetric Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, and the overall design, is the property of DataMetric Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent. Written reports and expense maps produced for you during sessions are yours to keep and use freely for your personal household management purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
DataMetric Pro provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of our analysis, we cannot guarantee that our expense maps or savings plans will reflect every aspect of your household finances, particularly where documentation provided is incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by Croatian law, DataMetric Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or the implementation of any savings plan we produce.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that causes or is likely to cause damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
